As a member of mankind and as one of the godly Christians, every one of us has a responsibility and an obligation to offer our body and heart for completing God’s commission, because our whole being comes from God and comes to exist by God’s sovereignty. If our body and heart are not for God’s commission or for the just cause of mankind, our soul will be indebted to those who were martyred for the sake of God’s commission, and even more indebted to God who provides us with everything.

God created this world and created this mankind, and he also founded the culture of ancient Greece and human civilization. Only God has been comforting this mankind, and only God has been caring for this mankind day and night. The development and the progress of mankind are in God’s control. The history and the future of mankind are in God’s arrangement. If you are a real Christian, you will surely believe that the rise and fall of any nation or race is under God’s arrangement. Only God knows what the destiny of any nation or race will be, and only God knows what course this mankind will follow. If mankind wants to have a good destiny or a nation wants to have a good destiny, all mankind must fall down and worship God, and come before God and repent and confess their sins to God. Otherwise, mankind’s destiny and destination will be in an inevitable calamity.

Look back to the times when Noah built the ark. Mankind became utterly corrupt, and they turned away from God’s blessing, did not have God’s care, lost God’s promise, and lived in the darkness devoid of God’s light. Then, they became extremely licentious and became too fallen to be beheld. Such a mankind could receive no more promise from God and was unworthy to see God’s face or hear God’s voice, because they had forsaken God, discarded everything God bestowed upon them, and forgotten God’s words of instruction to them. Their heart was further and further from God. Then, they fell to such an extent that they lost their sense and their humanity. They became more and more evil and went to their doom, falling into God’s wrath and God’s punishment. Only Noah worshipped God and shunned evil. So he heard God’s voice and heard what God told him. According to what God told him, he built an ark and took into it every living creature. Then, after everything was ready, God began the work of destroying the world. At that destruction of the world, only the eight members of Noah’s family escaped the disaster and survived, because Noah worshipped Jehovah and shunned evil.

Then look at the present age. There is no longer any righteous man like Noah who worshipped God and shunned evil. But God still treats this mankind with mercy and treats this mankind of the final age with leniency. God is searching for people who thirst after his appearing, searching for people who will obey his word, searching for people who bear his commission in mind and offer their body and heart for his sake, and searching for people who obey him like an infant and do not resist him before him. If you can dedicate yourself for God without being hindered by any influence, you will be one favored by God and blessed by God. If you have a high position, have a high reputation, have a lot of knowledge, have a lot of property, or have the support of many people, but you can still come before God to accept his calling and commission without being entangled by those things and do the things God wants you to do, then the things you do will be the most meaningful and most just cause of mankind in the world. If you reject God’s calling on account of your position or your own aims, then everything you do will be cursed by God and even more loathed by God. If you are a president, a scientist, a pastor, or an elder, however high a rank you may hold, if you try to pursue your career by your own abilities and knowledge, you will forever be a failure and will never receive God’s blessing, because God won’t accept anything you do. He won’t acknowledge that you are pursuing a just cause or recognize that you are working for the well-being of mankind. He will say that whatever you do, you are trying hard to push away his keeping for mankind with human knowledge and power and are denying his blessing. He will say that you are guiding mankind toward darkness and death and toward where mankind will eternally have no God and lose his blessing.
