The church of Almighty God has been born because of the appearing and the working of God incarnate, and it consists of all those who have accepted the end-time work of Almighty God. It is completely set up by the last Christ—Almighty God Godself and is also personally shepherded and led by Almighty God. It is absolutely not founded by any human. Even though there is a man used by God, he is only to cooperate with God’s work. Because of the appearing and the working of God incarnate, all those conquered by the word of Almighty God have come under the name of Almighty God. God’s chosen people in China have experienced God’s work of judgment and chastisement, tasted God’s righteous nature, and seen Almighty God’s majesty and wrath, so that they have completely fallen down before God and been conquered by God, thus having achieved the result of being saved by God. It can be said that the church of Almighty God has been born under the righteous judgment and chastisement of Almighty God. It is made up of those who have been completely conquered by the word of God and saved by God. Those who have been conquered by Almighty God all prostrate themselves before him in repentance, and they all extol his wonderful deeds and praise his almightiness and wisdom. Looking back on the early days when God appeared to do the work, we only knew to call him God but did not know what God’s name was. God then revealed the meaning of his name taken in each age. Based on the mystery revealed by God, the name “Almighty God” came into being. Only when God fully revealed the meaning of God’s name taken in each age did the people suddenly realize God’s name embodies such profound meaning. God takes a new name in each age. Every time God does the work of opening a new age, he appears with a new name, which is a symbol of the changing of the age and embodies the significance of God’s working. God’s name is so meaningful. It has completely fulfilled the word in Revelation in the Bible “God is the Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.” God is the almighty God; God is the God who created all things and is also the God who rules over all things; God is the First and the Last. Therefore, it is most appropriate for us to call God Almighty God. At that time, a suitable name by which to address God came into being. Since then, the people have called the incarnated God Almighty God and have also called the incarnated Christ the practical God. Thus the church of Almighty God has been born naturally.

Since the kingdom gospel was spread in the mainland, the Holy Spirit has worked among all sects and denominations as the sevenfold intensified Spirit, and God has also performed many signs and wonders, so more and more people in various sects and denominations who pursue the truth have returned before the throne of God. As the majority of God’s sheep in every sect and denomination have returned to God, most of the sects and denominations have fallen apart and ceased to exist except in name. Those sincere believers in various sects and denominations who pursue the truth have broken through the restrictions and obstructions of the antichrists and the wicked servants and finally heard and recognized God’s voice. Who could stop God’s chosen people from returning to God? It is as if the entire religious world has been cleaned up. Those who really belong to God have all heard God’s voice. No force can hinder the stream of their returning to God! Since God appeared to do the work, the regime of the great red dragon has begun to desperately resist God and cruelly persecute God’s chose people, trying to do away with God’s end-time work. The heads of the government have called many emergency meetings to discuss how to extirpate the church of Almighty God. To achieve this, they have drawn up and issued many classified documents and have resorted to all kinds of contemptible and diabolic means, such as putting up notices everywhere, making use of the village broadcast, issuing circulars, fabricating rumors to deceive people, making false charges and slanders, sending spies to investigate, controlling through the grass roots, ordering the neighbors to supervise each other, searching people’s homes without permission, making use of the Three-Self churches to supervise and control, arresting the believers in Almighty God secretly, extorting their confessions by cruel torture, damaging their bodies, battering them to death without any compensation, murdering them secretly, imprisoning them, or reeducating them through labor. They have tried all possible cruel and bloody means to suppress the believers in Almighty God and spread the rumors against them all over the country. As a result, the entire Mainland China has become a world of horror, in which everyone lives in terror. This has greatly hindered the work of Almighty God and the church work. Besides, the people of various sects and denominations have slandered, condemned, and attacked Almighty God’s work. Soon rumors have run riot. All kinds of slanders, abuses, and curses have been heard everywhere as if dark clouds had covered the whole country, and so much adverse propaganda has flooded the entire religious world and society. Everyone has known “Eastern Lightning”—Almighty God. It is really hard for God’s work to be done and even harder for the kingdom gospel to be spread. In this fortress of the demons controlled by the devil, to carry out God’s work is simply more difficult than to ascend to heaven. However, God is almighty; no matter how ferocious the satanic forces are and no matter how they resist and launch repeated attacks, it is of no use. In only ten or more years, the kingdom gospel has spread throughout Mainland China. Tens of thousands of churches have been set up in all parts of the country, and millions of people have come under the name of Almighty God. All sects and denominations exist in name only, for God’s sheep have all returned before God after hearing God’s voice, whereas those false believers who believe in God only for getting bread to fill their stomachs as well as all kinds of enemies which do evil and which resist and condemn Almighty God have been eliminated by God’s work. The entire religious world has been destroyed and broken up by God’s work. The work of Almighty God has finally come to an end with glory. The more desperately the great red dragon resists, the more rapidly God’s kingdom is expanded. The spreading of the kingdom gospel has fully displayed God’s almightiness and wisdom. More and more people have entered the church of Almighty God, and it has developed so rapidly as to reach an unparalleled grandeur. The expression of Christ—the word of God has spread to numerous households and been accepted by more and more people. The word of God has displayed an extremely great power, just as God says: “The Word Accomplishes Everything!” The facts have fully proved this. The church of Almighty God has been born in the word of Almighty God, has been advancing under the leading of the word of Almighty God, and has much more been growing under the cruel persecution by the great red dragon. It can be said that without the appearing and the working of Almighty God, there would not be the church of Almighty God. Since Almighty God started to do the work, she has spoken more than one million words, which have been nurturing God’s chosen people. They have all been regenerated through the word of Almighty God and begun to spread God’s word and testify about God’s deeds to every country and every place. The word of God is about to spread all over the world. Look forward to the prospect of the kingdom—bright and brilliant. The mission of the church of Almighty God is to testify about God’s work and God’s public appearing to God’s chosen people in every country and place of the world. The church of Almighty God is the specimen and model that God has completed in China. Today, the experimental work that God has come to China in a hidden way to do has ended. God’s work has already been crowned with success, and God is about to appear publicly to every country and place in the world.
